Snoring occurs when the soft palate, uvula, tongue, tonsils, or muscles in the back of the throat rub against each other and generate vibrations during sleep. One in five adults is a chronic snorer, and nearly half of normal adults snore occasionally. The likelihood that a person snores increases with age, and about half of people over 60 snore regularly. Snoring can sometimes be remedied by sleeping on one’s side rather than on one’s back. What are some treatment methods for more serious cases? Discuss

Sadhu
In Hinduism, a sadhu is a wandering holy man dedicated to achieving the fourth and final Hindu goal of life, moksha—liberation from the cycle of death and reincarnation—through meditation and the contemplation of Brahman, the ultimate reality of the universe. They are typically mystics, ascetics, yogis, or itinerant monks who have renounced life in society to focus instead on spirituality. In Sanskrit, sadhu means “good,” “right,” or “holy.” How many sadhus are there in India? Discuss
